Nursing Home

In 1967, Bibb Medical Center Nursing Home opened its doors as a 30 bed facility and since then has grown into a 131 bed facility. It is adjacent to our hospital, where the resident’s needs can be met without leaving their community and friends. We offer 24 hour care to all residents, a place where skilled healthcare and rehabilitation services are offered in a home-like atmosphere. There are daily activities such as bingo, board and card games, and fishing at our catfish pond. We also have Sunday church services and singings for our residents.

The monthly birthday party is celebrated by all as they get into the Roaring 20s theme.

Our private and semi-private rooms are comfortable enough to call home.

The dignity room is a place of privacy in their time of need.

Residents enjoy playing bingo while auxillary members assist.

Fishing is one of the activities offered at our nursing home. Nursing home residents can also enjoy a relaxing time underneath Oakley's Haven Pavillion located by our fishing pond.
